Later, he continued his journey under the mentorship of National award-winning editor Aarif Sheikh. During this period, he contributed to approximately 22 films, collaborating closely with acclaimed directors such as Milan Luthria, Rajkumar Santoshi, Vikram Bhatt, and Robby Grewal. Films like "Hattrick," "Life Mein Kabhie Kabhie," "Blue Umbrella," and "Mp3."

In 2007, Aditya achieved significant recognition as an independent film editor for his exceptional work on "Awarapan," presented by Mahesh Bhatt, directed by Mohit Suri, and produced by Vishesh Films. This project marked a pivotal moment that showcased his talent and set the stage for his subsequent achievements. Additionally, "TOSS - A Flip of Destiny," directed by Ramesh Khatkar, stands out as one of his remarkable accomplishments, clearly exhibiting his dexterity in the craft.

Specializing in crafting compelling trailers and promotional content, Trailer Wizards quickly gained prominence. Under his leadership, the agency, later known as Big Ticket Entertainment, collaborated with major studios including Zee Studios, Viacom, Balaji, UTV, Fox Star, Percept Pictures, and Sony. Aditya collaborated with esteemed directors such as Anurag Kashyap, Tigmanshu Dhulia, Dibakar Banerjee, Priyadarshan, and Ekta Kapoor, solidifying his reputation as a leading figure in visual promotions. The films executed consist of "LSD," "Umm Bum Bole," "Aakrosh," "That Girl in Yellow Boots," "Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 1 & 2."

In 2017, Aditya expanded his scope into film production and intellectual property acquisition through Cult Entertainment. Under his leadership, Cult Entertainment acquired rights to significant IPs such as "Goonga Pehelwan," "Super Singh," and "Sister Abhaya Murder Case," significantly enriching its creative portfolio. Cult Entertainment has produced impactful films like "Dhondi Champya Ek Prem Katha," showcasing Aditya's prowess in content creation and leadership. Sunil Jain, a prominent industry figure, Industrialist and Managing Director of Shri Krishna Devcon Ltd, has acquired a major stake in Cult Digital, a subsidiary of Cult Entertainment led by Aditya Ashwin Joshi.

Recently, in 2022, Aditya Ashwin Joshi produced and released notable films, including "Takatak 2" in collaboration with Reliance Entertainment. His involvement brought Reliance Entertainment into the Marathi film arena, marking a significant entry for the studio in this regional cinema space. Additionally, Aditya co-produced "August 16, 1947" with AR Murugadoss Productions, further demonstrating his commitment to pushing creative boundaries and contributing to the dynamic evolution of Indian cinema.
